Customer Service Administrator

Our client based in Frimley are seeking a temporary Customer Service temp to join their busy team. This role would suit someone with previous administration and customer service experience, you must be available immediately to start.

Duties:

  • Answer phones and take messages from our customers
  • Log these calls on a spreadsheet
  • Meet with the Manager regularly to discuss and agree action
  • Respond to all telephone calls within 24 hours
  • Tidying online files and envelope stuffing
  • Liaising with external parties

Requirements:

  • Good experience of working in a busy office
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Need to have a mature approach and be able to demonstrate good attention to detail
  • Available immediately to start a new role

Full-time, Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 5.00pm (35 hours) based in the office.
