Finnish speaking Business Development Associate

The Company:

Main duties:
To generate leads in order to increase the customer base
The Role:
- Prospect to find new customers
- Answer incoming calls from current customers
- Provide quotations and intend to extend contracts with existing customers
- Work towards monthly sales targets
- Attend sales training as and when required
The candidate:
- Fluent in Finnish (written and spoken) - Essential
- Customer service and/or telesales experience - Ideal
- Great telephone manner
- KPI drive
- IT literate (i.e. MS office, CRM etc.)
Salary: Up to £28,000 with commission
