Job Title: Project Manager/Site Supervisor

Contract: 6 Months Temporary Contract
Hourly Rate: £24.88 - £31.39

Summary
We are currently working with a housing association in Swansea who are ideally looking for someone who has a mechanical and electrical background and can oversee their large asset programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a large solar installation programme in 400 properties (PV and SolShare).
- Also overseeing a large sprinkler programme in 5 schemes in small and large apartment blocks.
- Project managing and liaising with contractors and doing regular site visits.
- Updating forms and data on the system.
- Post inspecting all work on completion and making sure it has been carried out to current regulations.
- Assessing contractor performance and working to KPI's.
- Attending meetings with management to discuss progress and performance.
- Report writing.
Role Specifications:
- Experienced Mechanical and Electrical professional or working in a similar role ideally in social housing
- Good understanding of general building knowledge
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and an ability to put this into practice.
- Experience of overseeing contractors and managing works on site.
Additional Information:
- Equipment will be provided
- Mileage expenses covered around sites
- Must be available immediately or within 1 weeks' notice
- Must have full driver's license and own car
