Interim FP&A Manager | Hyper-Growth Music Tech Business | London
Harmonic are delighted to be working exclusively with one of the most prominent and exciting businesses in the Music Industry in their search for an Interim FP&A Manager. The role is for 6 months and is Outside IR35, with a possibility of going temp to perm.
The Business
The company is associated with some of the world's biggest superstars and frequently featured in Music industry publications. They have interests in music technology related to royalties, publishing and recorded music. There is a great family feel to the working environment where everyone is deeply passionate about the company and the industry. There is a flexible hybrid working arrangement in place, with the office based in Central London.
The company is extremely well-funded with exciting plans in the future to continue scaling. They are currently on a growth trajectory whereby they will continue to expand, which will mean some great opportunities to progress.
The Role:
Reporting into a talented CFO renowned for their excellent managerial & mentoring skills, the business is looking for a talented FP&A professional who can work closely with the CFO. The business is looking for data savvy individual, who is well versed in budgeting, modelling, providing key analysis and forecasting.
Duties:
- Support with financial modelling around cashflow and balance sheet.
- Provide key analysis around the management accounts and Board pack
- Build out the forecasting and budgeting capabilities
- Provide insight and support around M&A activities
- Supporting the CFO with building out KPIs and further ad-hoc tasks.
What we need to see (essential):
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Data savvy individual with strong Excel skills
What we'd like to see (bonus):
- Experience working with Royalties/Music/Publishing etc.
Day Rate: £350-425
Start date: ASAP (can wait up to 2-3 weeks)
