Description
- Deal with incoming calls , first contact queries.
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Input details into bespoke in house system.
- Work closely with other team members to achieve company goals
- Perform administrative duties as necessary
- Maintain records of all client interactions
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Profile
A successful Legal Services Advisor should have:
- Previous experience within a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
