Reconciliations Analyst

This Reconciliations Analyst role will involve handling a high volume of VCC transactions to ensure they are reconciled and authorised, working with colleagues within TC Support and the wider business, and providing industry-leading support throughout our reconciliations function.

Role Overview

  • Ensure the fast and efficient reconciliation of Virtual Credit Card statements.
  • Contribute to the wider business strategy to reduce, control, and maintain unreconciled Virtual Credit Card transactions.
  • Ensure daily workload is managed, SLAs are met and support colleagues within the Reconciliation function and wider TC Support to clear unreconciled transactions.
  • Actively seeking, documenting, and implementing ways to improve the process.
