HR Advisor

An exciting opportunity to work as a HR Advisor for an international business based in Birmingham has come up! The successful applicant will enjoy a full time, hybrid role, based close to Birmingham City Centre with occasional travel, and a salary of up to 40k!

You will enjoy a role with lots of variety, you will be responsible for providing full support to the HRBP's and the wider team. Your role will entail tasks such as managing ER casework, disciplinaries, grievances, advising managers on policies, ensuring best practice is followed, managing the long term sickness process, assisting in HR training and workshops, supporting with PDP's and performance issues, updating the employee handbook, recruitment, reporting and more.

You will have previous experience as a HR Advisor and be looking to take that next step within your career, the ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 5 qualified and due to the travel required access to a vehicle is preferable too but not essential.
