We're looking for a Curriculum Manager - Public Services who's passionate about delivering outstanding education and empowering students to succeed in careers that make a real difference - from policing and fire services to the armed forces and beyond.
?? What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading a motivated team of educators delivering Level 1-3 Public Services qualifications
- Designing and evolving an ambitious, responsive curriculum that meets industry needs
- Driving high achievement, progression, and positive destinations for learners
- Building exciting links with employers including the police, fire brigade, military, and NHS
- Fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and career-readiness in every classroom
?? What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience teaching or leading Public Services programmes
- Level 5 Teaching qualification or above.
- Good understanding of awarding body frameworks and quality assurance
- Vision, creativity, and a drive for continuous improvement
