Randstad Education are delighted to be recruiting an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator or a newly qualified teacher ready to make a significant impact in the classroom.

As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, depending on your expertise and the school's requirements. You will play a crucial role in creating a stimulating and positive classroom environment where children are excited to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the curriculum.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding student progress and well-being.
  • Participate in school activities and contribute to the school community.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting, ideally within Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
  • Excellent classroom management skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
