IT Administrator

A major Japanese trading company is currently recruiting an IT Administrator to join their team in London.

The main responsibilities are to administer daily transactions processing; communicate with Accounting Department, suppliers and other stakeholders for smooth payment and billing transactions; cooperate with other members both in and outside ITPP to improve administration work, and other administration works required by IT management.

TYPE: Contract (15month, fixed term contract)
WORKING HOURS: 9:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday
SALARY: £25 - 33k, DOE + Benefits and bonus
START: July 2024
LOCATION: London (Hybrid working)

IT Administrator MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • General Administration: Perform the departmental administrative tasks
  • Processing quotations/recharges/invoices/payment requests
  • Ordering hardware/software
  • Contract Management
  • Asset Management
  • Meeting administration: Organize, Documentation
  • Budget control and planning (organise, coordination, report)
  • Improvement for all of above

IT Administrator IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Customer service background and can be flexible for administration works
  • Fluent English
  • Working to deadlines
  • Finance background - ability to analyse numbers
  • Proficient in MS Office and advanced in MS Excel
  • Working with spreadsheets and large amounts of data
  • Japanese languages abilities would be advantageous
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to different situations with smooth communication to both internal and external parties
