Pay: £12.34 Per Hour

Day to Day Duties
- Safely deliver furniture, white goods, and appliances to customers' homes in a 3.5t van.
- Ensure all deliveries are handled with care, and items are transported without damage.
- Conduct pre-delivery calls to customers to confirm delivery times and provide updates.
- Represent Our client as the first point of contact with customers, ensuring a positive overall experience.
- Maintain a professional and well-presented appearance at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns with courtesy and efficiency.
**Essential Skills
- Valid Driving Licence
- No more than 6 points or any major endorsements.
- Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and capable of lifting and moving heavy goods safely.
- Customer Service: Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Professional Presentation: Well-presented and able to represent John Lewis in a positive manner.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and committed to working during the busy peak period.
Desirable Experience
- Experience in a similar role would be an advantage
