We are on the lookout for a meticulous and proactive Training Administrator to enhance our clients Flight Operations - Training division. This pivotal role is the backbone of our training programs, ensuring that everything from scheduling to compliance is managed with precision. What You'll Do:
- Coordinate Training Programs: Work closely with the Pilot Training Planning Officer to administer all training courses, ensuring a seamless experience for instructors and trainees.
- Maintain Compliance: Keep a vigilant eye on training and certification expiries, updating records and initiating re-validations with impeccable timing.
- Record Keeping: Uphold the integrity of our training records, making sure they are accurate, up-to-date, and in line with our high standards.
- Collaborate and Plan: Join forces with key personnel to map out training schedules, allocate resources, and guarantee the success of our courses.
- Stay Updated: Monitor regulatory changes affecting Flight Simulation Training Device approvals and maintain these critical details within our systems.
Who You Are:
- Experienced Administrator: You bring at least 2 years of administrative expertise, ideally within the aviation sector.
- Organisational Prodigy: Your organisational and time-management skills are second to none.
- Communication Ace: With your excellent communication abilities, you convey information clearly and concisely.
- Tech-Savvy: Microsoft Office is your playground, and you're adept at learning new systems like Centrik.
- Detail-Oriented: You have an eagle eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in every task.
- Team Player: Whether flying solo or as part of a squadron, you're comfortable in any setting.
- Industry Knowledgeable: You're familiar with airline planning systems and thrive in the fast-paced world of aviation.
