Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support senior executives within their fast-paced Corporate Investment Bank. This role offers an attractive salary of £220 per day and is based in the vibrant city of London. The successful candidate will have significant knowledge and expertise, with an advanced skill set, demonstrating at interview their ability to support at this senior level. This role requires a strong degree of flexibility given the demanding nature of the position, along with a high degree of confidentiality, strong work ethic, good time management, resourcefulness, diligence, and a strong business and client deliverable focus.

What you'll do:

As an Executive Assistant in our client's Corporate Investment Bank, you will be an integral part of the business. Your primary responsibility will be supporting the senior tier executives within this fast-paced environment. You will manage advanced diary entries proactively, coordinate travel arrangements efficiently while adhering to company policies, handle both internal and external clients professionally including interaction with senior public figures across various industries globally. Additionally, you will utilise internal systems for accurate data entry, report generation and information collation using MS Office suite. You will also oversee distro lists, technology usage and other administrative tasks ensuring smooth operation within the department.

  • Advanced, proactive diary management; including senior internal/external meetings, conference calls, and orchestration of Off-Sites/Town Halls/Skip-Levels, senior board engagements.
  • Partnering with relevant groups to execute travel and entertainment booking and enable expense processing within policy.
  • Internal and external client handling including interaction with senior public figures and officials across various industries globally.
  • Partnering with relevant groups to enable expense processing.
  • Utilising internal systems, completing accurate data entry, producing reporting, MIS and metrics, and collating information using MS Office suite as required.
  • Oversight for distro lists, technology usage and other administrative housekeeping.
  • Understanding changeable group priorities and business expectation, taking appropriate action.
  • Partnering with assistants cross LoB to provide coverage as required and build a global network.

  • Strong awareness of expense systems and cost control initiatives.
  • Polished, professional approach, calm and composed manner, ability to work in a pressured environment and partner effectively across different hierarchies.
