Information on the role
- Responsible for an assigned vehicle, garden portfolio, & Garden Maintenance Operative
- Ensure clients' gardens are well-kept
- Carry out maintenance tasks as requested
- Care for equipment, notifying the Supervisor on any issues
- Comply with H&S procedures and policies
- Build & Maintain professional relationships
- Log timesheets on relevant employee portals
What we'd like from you
- Experience in high-end residential Garden Maintenance/Soft Landscaping
- Knowledge of garden maintenance operations, horticulture (planting, pruning, fertilising, etc.)
- Basic First aid or Greater
- Desirable: RHS Level 2 or equivalent
- Desirable: PA1 & PA6 Spraying certificates
- Desirable: Horticulture qualification or certificate
- Driving license
- Ability to work in all sorts of weather conditions
- Physically able as the job is very physically demanding
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
