Our VAT Support team are responsible for driving customer retention and upselling Group products and services, and a position has become available for someone to join the team
About the Role
In this role, your duties would include:
- Checking Handovers from Sales to make sure all information is correct and clients are put on correct VAT scheme.
- Following up with internal teams or clients directly to chase outstanding information to progress their application
- Completing VAT applications via the HMRC website
- Processing client's business expenses and adding them on to their VAT returns
- Creating Weekly/Monthly report for management
- Setting up Direct Debits to HMRC
- General administration including maintaining digital customer records and managing in-house ticking system for the department.
