Reed HR are proud to be supporting a long-standing client in their search for a HR Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis for 3 months. This role is crucial in supporting the HR department with administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of human resources processes.
Part time or Full time options available - this is an on-site role
Day to Day of the role:
- Prepare HR documents and support employee lifecycle administration.
- Provide general filing and clerical support.
- Work alongside HR Advisors to support HR initiatives.
- Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of employee data in compliance with GDPR.
- Communicate HR policies and procedures effectively.
- Assist with the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the HR department.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a Human Resources department.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and maintaining confidential information securely.
- Proactive and positive attitude.
