HR Assistant

Reed HR are proud to be supporting a long-standing client in their search for a HR Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis for 3 months. This role is crucial in supporting the HR department with administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of human resources processes.

Part time or Full time options available - this is an on-site role

Day to Day of the role:

  • Prepare HR documents and support employee lifecycle administration.
  • Provide general filing and clerical support.
  • Work alongside HR Advisors to support HR initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of employee data in compliance with GDPR.
  • Communicate HR policies and procedures effectively.
  • Assist with the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the HR department.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a Human Resources department.
  • Familiarity with data entry processes and maintaining confidential information securely.
  • Proactive and positive attitude.
