A IFA Administrator is being recruited for a successful wealth management firm based in Liverpool.

Client Details

Due to internal promotions, this firm is looking to recruit an IFA Administrator and allow someone to take on a role that will offer progression as well as study support.

Description

As IFA Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing client review service cycle end to end
  • Coordinating with clients to arrange annual reviews
  • Preparing review packs - preparing valuations, checking compliance documents etc
  • Maintaining client data on in house system
  • Attending client meetings with advisers, taking notes/minutes, and preparing file notes
  • Preparing and sending relevant paperwork to clients on behalf of adviser
  • Ad hoc data projects

Profile

The successful candidate for this IFA Administrator role must have:

  • Experience, ideally, within an IFA or similar financial services business
  • Understanding of pensions or investment would be nice to have
  • Strong attention to detail and work accurately
  • Self motivated and willing to take initiative
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to adapt and multi-task
  • Experience of Intelligent Office or similar would be advantageous
