Lynx are working with a successful Insurance company based in the Central London area who are looking for a customer service driven IT Service Analyst to join their team due to growth within the organisation.
They need a IT Service Analyst that can provide 1st & 2nd line support to office based and remote users.
Essential Skills & Experience required:
- Strong customer service experience
- Ideally have a corporate background working in a similar role
- Office365
- Windows
- Active Directory
- Telephony
- Hold a UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
- Excellent communication skills
The IT Service Analyst role is 3 days a week in the office and 2 from home, this will come in to effect once you have completed your probation.
