We are recruiting for a Senior Accounts Assistant for a reputable organisation based in Coventry on a temporary to permanent basis.
You will be responsible for:
- Sales ledger duties including invoicing
- Producing accurate creditor reports
- Inputting purchase invoices and expenses into the accounts software
- Reconciling the balance sheet
- Bank reconciliations
- Other duties as may be required to assist the day to day running of the finance department
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience of the above duties
- Posses strong IT and finance system skills as well as good MS Excel skills
- Have a positive attitude with the ability to juggle a number of tasks while staying calm under pressure
- Be eager to learn, but also possess a great amount of knowledge in finance and experience of working within a busy office environment
