Assistant Finance Analyst
Location: Coleshill
Job Type: Full-time - Hybrid (2 days at home)
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
We are seeking an Assistant Finance Analyst to join our finance team. This role is crucial in maintaining accurate and timely information within our systems, supporting the region's progression towards its objectives. The successful candidate will also assist in internal reporting and financial control, playing a key role in the financial operations of our dynamic team.
Day to Day of the role:
- Complete regular management information tasks, including weekly sales reporting.
- Post and reconcile bank accounts.
- Check and distribute monthly cost reports.
- Handle recharge invoicing for Joint Ventures.
- Update actuals for the weekly cash forecast
- Regularly chase and report on outstanding debtors.
- Perform balance sheet, cashbook, and house sales reconciliations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- IT literate with proficiency in MS Excel/Outlook.
- Ability to resolve and reconcile issues with limited supervision.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with all stakeholders, both internally and externally.
