Chichester College Group has an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Creative & Digital Manager at Northbrook College. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of £37,741 – £41,247 per annum.

The Creative & Digital Manager role:

The Creative & Digital Manager has a senior role in our Marketing & Communications team. They are responsible for the development of our creative and digital assets and platforms with the aim of increasing stakeholder engagement and ultimately increasing conversation across our full range of product lines.

The role involves leading on our brand, creative design and development of our digital marketing platforms. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, PR & Communications Manager and the Marketing Team Leader: Schools Outreach & Events. You will manage a team of creatives and digital content developers as part of the wider department.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, you will lead the Creative and Digital team, ensuring resources are deployed to meet the needs of planned marketing and communication activities and provide on-campus support.

Our Creative & Digital Manager with have a strong background in digital marketing, creative direction and website development and have the following attributes:

  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends
  • An understanding of design principles and design processes including print and digital design
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Use of Microsoft and Adobe products is desired and experience of working with Wordpress CMS would be advantageous
