Key Responsibilities:
- Take a lead in the development of identified areas of professional practice within the service to ensure high levels of clinical excellence and that training and professional development needs are met within the team.
- As a senior member of the team, you will take specific responsibility for the provision of regular supervision and appraisal, of identified team members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality evidence-based practice, within the overall structure of the team.
- Provide care coordinating for a small caseload of complex cases using evidence based/client centred principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions.?
What you'll need:
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
- HCPC Registration
- Experience of conducting assessments identifying health and social care needs
- Relevant specialist training in the skills required for the specialty are
In addition to experience, all Qualified roles will be required to provide evidence of
- Relevant Qualifications
- Registration with the relevant Registration Body if applicable.
