Our client recycles used material to become tomorrow's energy! Companies' business waste can be recycled into green energy to power festivals or simply help to support the National Grid. Through their pioneering technology they are able to recover a waste product and turn it into a source of income for businesses.
Role Summary/Scope:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for closing sales over the phone. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a track record of meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers over the phone to promote and sell our products/services.
- Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in our products/services.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
- Update and maintain customer information in the company's database.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in the business
- Be responsible and accountable for your sales performance
- Contribute positively to the team to create a fun working environment
Requirements:
- Have experience of closing sales over the phone
- Confident and assertive communicator
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Resilient and able to thrive in a targeted environment
- Work well under pressure
- Strong customer service skills.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Knowledge of sales techniques and principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
