About the Company

Our client, a leading professional services firm with an excellent culture and retention in HR, is looking for a Recruitment Manager on a fixed term contract basis for 12 months.

About the Role

The successful candidate will manage, develop, and deliver end to end recruitment across fee earning and business services hires, including both local and international locations. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the recruitment life cycle for fee-earning and business service hires
  • Building relationships with internal stakeholders and collaborating with HR on resourcing
  • Championing direct sourcing practices and developing and implementing attraction strategies for candidates
  • Managing relationships with key recruitment agencies regarding resourcing needs
  • Advising on job and candidate specifications and strategic process improvements
  • Support with graduate recruitment
  • Managing a team of two

Job Requirements

You will have experience of end to end recruitment in a professional services environment and strong stakeholder management skills. Candidates should have excellent interpersonal and interviewing skills. This role will suit a self-starter with a proven ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
