Job Title: Temporary Recruitment Advisor
Location: Watford
Remuneration: Hourly rate from £17.00ph to £18.00ph paid on a weekly basis
Contract Details: Starting ASAP up until Christmas with possible extension into the new year
Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit top talent for the organisation
- Collaborate with line managers to understand hiring needs and requirements
- Maintain and update job postings on the portal and social media platforms ( Linked-In )
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews
- Keeping the tracker up to date
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Assist in the on boarding process for new hires
What we're looking for:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience within sales recruitment
- Ability to handle a high volume of recruitment tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proactive and self-motivated
