This role is best suited to someone who wants to set records and take a pivotal role as we scale up across the UK and internationally.
Your Role:
- Strategic Lead Generation: Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and manage a robust client portfolio.
- Candidate Engagement: Conduct interviews and ensure the placement of top talent.
- Service Excellence: Deliver unparalleled service to clients and candidates.
- Industry-Leading Commission: 10-40% uncapped
