Customer Service Executive

  • Location: High Wycombe

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive with a flair for administration to provide exceptional support to our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in print and logistics, as well as proficiency in Live Chat applications. This role is integral to maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide customer service through our Live Chat application, ensuring queries are answered promptly and accurately.
  • Handle complaints and quality issues systematically, liaising with relevant departments to resolve them.
  • Coordinate with delivery partners to address any arising issues.
  • Work closely with production teams across all locations to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with the studio team to resolve artwork-related issues.
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback on Reviews and Trustpilot platforms.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and assist the Finance Manager as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in a print and logistics environment is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Live Chat customer service support is advantageous.
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and intermediate IT skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.

  • Competitive salary based on experience.£25,000-£26,000
  • 23 days holiday per annum.
  • Monday to Friday working pattern, 9am to 6pm, 40 hours per week.
