Job Summary

The Head of Digital Attraction will be responsible for delivering strong results and a great experience to the portfolio of our clients who we provide recruitment marketing solutions to. These services include email marketing, events and campus ambassadors. The successful individual will need previous experience in marketing and management, as you will be managing a team of 5 delivering recruitment marketing solutions to our clients.

What is the role and day to day responsibilities?

  • Managing a team of campaign account managers, placement students and a brand ambassador marketing executive. Driving the attraction for all silver clients to ensure successful delivery and a fantastic client experience.
  • Managing a portfolio of client relationships, with regular contact over the phone, via email and face to face. Arranging client briefings and renewal meetings.
  • You will oversee the planning and execution of all campaigns from sales handover through to renewal.
  • Supporting the account managers when they are planning their campaigns, ensuring their use of all of our networks and search methods listed below and beyond:
  • Database (emails and calls)
  • Departments
  • Careers Services
  • LinkedIn/Dripify
  • Headhunters
  • Societies
  • Suppliers - Additional advertising Services/Media buying for bigger campaigns
  • You will create weekly plans and targets for each team member monitoring their progress daily using our management platform Monday. Responding accordingly where needed.
  • You will run daily morning huddles with your team to discuss the previous day and coming days actions as well as a weekly in-depth meeting looking at the progress of each campaign, setting tasks for the week and discussing current client relationships.
  • You will have regular one-on-one meetings with each team member to discuss issues, as wellas ad-hoc support and auditing
  • You will be managing strategic campus projects and relationships with our platform partners, ensuring that project targets are met or exceeded, working alongside our networks placement student
  • Setting targets and building plans for the team to grow campus networks, including: Growing society partnerships and Increasing department contacts
  • Building relationships with careers services and partners
  • Reporting to management team on progress regularly
  • Updating clients weekly on progress of campaigns, and providing dashboards of clicks/applications
  • Assisting and checking copy for campaign managers once they have created campaign reports at the end of a campaign to discuss at wash-up
  • You will also be a key member of the management team and influence the decision-making process of the business. You will be responsible for setting the strategy and pace of the work being completed in your department and reporting back to the management team weekly.
  • You will also be taking working on own marketing campaigns.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Constant review of advertising methods.
  • Spotting and implementing improvements, both mid-campaign and at the end.
  • Reporting to clients during campaigns and once they have concluded.
  • Appraising your team and setting goals.
  • Managing and improving client relationships, including spotting of opportunities to expand the relationship.
