SANZA are currently recruiting a SEND teaching assistant with a passion for working with children with special Needs in a small but beautiful little primary school in Richmond. The school are looking for someone to work with a girl in key stage 1 who has autism and is non verbal. This is a wonderful primary school to work for with an inclusive SLT and welcoming team.

School

  • Small but charismatic 1-form entry Primary school
  • Mainstream primary school with attached nursery
  • SANZA has been working with this partner school for a number of years and they have a wonderful relationship with our supply staff
  • This is an iconic area in London and easily accessible via public transport
  • Children at this school love sports so a background in sport or coaching will be looked favourably upon

The role

  • The role is to support a girl with autism in Key stage 1 working 1:1 with her as she is non-verbal.
  • The girl does not have challenging behaviour.
  • This is a highly rewarding position for an experienced SEND TA or a graduate looking to pursue a career in education.
  • This is a full-time long-term position to September 2nd 2024 on a 1-year temp to perm contract
