Recruitment Administrator

Our client is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join them on a week-by-week basis until the end of August possibly longer.

This role is help out with a influx of applications for jobs. You will be required to make the initial pre screen questions:

  • Have you got RTW?
  • Checking contact details
  • Asking screening questions
  • Some calls will be international applications
  • Check candidates have reviewed role profile and can they do it
  • Check they have understood the benefits and salary
  • Confidence to chat about the role profile and if the call progresses, able to pre-screen fit for the role
  • Methodical to record outcomes and notes on an excel sheet / record keeping skills
  • If a candidate is good and passed the screening, you may chat more about the role. Usually 35 live different roles at any one time so look at role profile and needs and chat to candidates about it
