Please note this is a remote FTC 12-month contract role of 30 hours across 5 days (occasional in-office work may be required, depending on business needs).

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Junior PA to join their team.

This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support across multiple entities within the organisation.

The ideal candidate will manage email enquiries, reconcile payments in Xero, assist with HR functions, and support the monthly payroll and invoicing processes.

An interest in social media, marketing, and knowledge of the German language would be highly beneficial.

This role offers remote work flexibility, with occasional in-office work (Stratford) when needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Interest in social media and marketing activities.
  • Knowledge of the German language is an advantage.
  • Experience in HR-related tasks such as onboarding, payroll assistance, and managing expenses.
  • Familiarity with timesheet systems and payroll processes.
