Are you a skilled fitness professional with management experience? 4Leisure Recruitment is seeking a Temporary Duty Manager with Level 2/3 Fitness Instructor qualifications to join our team in the Wimbledon area.
Salary:
£15 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay), paid weekly!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all members and staff.
- Lead and manage the fitness team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct fitness assessments and create personalised workout plans for clients.
- Ensure all health and safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the facility.
Preferred Requirements:
- Level 2/3 Fitness Instructor qualifications.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
