As part of a close-knit team, you'll collaborate and use your hands-on experience to really get involved in all aspects. Your duties will include:
- Managing probate and estate administration processes efficiently
- Conducting legal research and analysis to support case preparation
- Liaising with clients, providing updates on case progress, and addressing any queries or concerns
- Maintaining accurate records and files, ensuring compliance with legal regulations
- Supporting the Partner in various administrative tasks as needed
To be successful as a Paralegal/Fee Earner you must be able to demonstrate:
- Previous experience of Private Client
- Strong communication skills
- Able to take responsibility and be self sufficient
