Immediately Available, 12 Month FTC, Commercial Finance Analyst, Central London – Advertising Agency £42-46,000
A fantastic temp to perm opportunity for an immediately available commercial analyst to join one of the largest Global Digital Advertising agencies. The right candidate will have experience in a client facing position in a creative environment and exposed to the commercial side of finance. This would be well suited to someone studying for their ACCA/CIMA qualification and hoping to get more involved in the management accounts and commercial finance. Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing Client and group profitability reporting and budgeting
- Ensuring the monthly internal reporting of Client Dashboards
- Liaising with the Commercial Controllers, and assisting with analysis
- Working with the Commercial team in relation to the internal reporting, investigating large variances or problematic clients
- Working with the Commercial team to understand the reasons behind client margins.
- Making suggestions for change and efficiency in all areas or reporting including ensuring efficient use of all systems
- Following best practice for all internal procedures and systems
- Client finance reporting and utilisation of available data
- Ad hoc projects as directed by the Senior Commercial Analyst
Skills:
- Advanced Excel (ideally some PowerQuery & VBA experience).
- A good level of experience in a commercial capacity
- Previous experience with system implementation(s) a benefit.
- Excellent communication, both oral and written.
- Interpreting data to non-financial colleagues.
- Willingness to question current processes/data.
