We're looking for an ambitious and experienced Business development professional who will work closely with the CEO and co-founders and have a impact on the growth of the business.
Your role will require a thorough understanding of product, customer base and wider event and hospitality market.
This is a busy role; you must have a passion for business development and business growth as well as have experience in selling SaaS.
What you'll be doing
Strategic Leadership: ?Oversee all business development and sales operations, leading a dynamic team to achieve sales and improve conversion rates.
Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and drive revenue growth across the globe.
Relationship Management:?Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, agencies, partners, and stakeholders.
Sales Strategy: ?Implement effective sales strategies, conduct market research, and ensure high-quality engagement with businesses.
Performance Management:?Monitor performance metrics, analyse sales data, and prepare reports for senior management.
Team Leadership: ?Motivate, mentor, and lead the sales and business development team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
What you'll need.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, sales or marketing
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience selling software in a senior sales position.
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of events and hospitality.
