Our local authority client is looking for an experienced Senior Planning Officer to join their busy team based in Ispwich. Full details below:
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Your work will make a significant input to the County Council's planning team. There will be opportunities to work with different aspects of planning across the team, with other services within the council and with other partner organisations. We will also support you with professional training, where needed.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Experience of negotiating s.106 agreements for county council
- Preferably over five years experience with Development Management with a district council.
