Are you a skilled Mechanical Engineer seeking a dynamic and rewarding role in London?? We have an exciting opportunity available with one of our most prestigious clients, who is looking to expand their team with three qualified engineers for an exclusive site in London.
Position: Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Location: London (South london) Salary: £40,000 per year Shift Options: Monday to friday
Experience Required:
- Water treatment - dipslides,leaks,temperature checks,chemical dosing
- Excellent communication skills
- AHU's- filter changes,belt changes,actuator, coil cleans
- Steam Plant
- Condensers
- Softerners
- Chiller and boiler maintenance
- Experience with power distribution and PAT testing
- Conducting PPMs (Planned Preventative Maintenance)
- Maintaining company-issued tools in a safe and serviceable condition
- Demonstrating reliability and a readiness to take on additional responsibilities
Qualifications :
- Plumbing level 3 (essential)
- NVQ OR CITY AND GUILDS QUALIFICATION (essential)
- Extensive experience in Building Maintenance (essential)
- Clean Driving LIcense
