My client's multidisciplinary team is made up of Planning, Design, and Architectural professionals, specialising in residential projects with a focus on sustainability, community engagement, and cutting-edge design, and providing comprehensive Town Planning services across the UK!

Duties of the Role:
- Assisting in the preparation and submission of planning applications for residential projects.
- Conduct research and analysis on planning policies, regulations, and legislative requirements.
- Prepare planning reports, assessments, and recommendations for clients and stakeholders.
- Liaise with local authorities, councils, and other relevant agencies on planning matters.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to ensure compliance with planning regulations and project objectives.
- Participate in community engagement activities and public consultations as required.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, or related field (RTPI accredited)
- A Minimum of one year of professional experience in town planning, preferably with a focus on residential projects.
- A Sound knowledge of planning legislation, regulations, and processes in Yorkshire.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude, with a passion for sustainable urban development and design.
- An enjoyment of writing, with excellent language skills and ability to effectively communicate planning arguments.
