FNOL Claims Handler

Location: Warrington, UK - Hybrid/Flexible working (1 day per week WFH)
This role is for a Motor FNOL Claims Handler to handle motor claims on behalf of the Broker Claims Teams. The main responsibility is to identify potential clients that would benefit from the company's in-house claims services. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a clear and confident telephone manner. Key Responsibilities of the FNOL Claims Handler:
- Provide a claims handling service by acting as first point of contact for clients
- Report and record details of new motor incidents and submit the FNOL to the clients' relevant motor insurer and broker
- Liaise with insurers, repairers, and other agents
- Promote the company's in-house claims services to clients
- Undertake any other duties as necessary
Required knowledge and experience for the FNOL Claims Handler role:
- Clear and confident telephone manner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated
- Good emotional control and behaviour under pressure
- Positive and enthusiastic when dealing with difficult people
