Sales Negotiator

Key Details:
- As a Core Market Sales Negotiator, you'll enjoy an annual basic salary of £25,000 per annum, with a guaranteed salary of £40,000 per annum for the first three months initially. OTE £70k.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:45 am to 6:00 pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays.
- Alongside your salary, you'll receive a car allowance of £300 per calendar month.
- A company phone will be provided to support your communication needs.
- To ensure your mobility, the company will indemnify you for the cost of comprehensive car insurance, up to £1000 per annum, on proof of payment of the premium by you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout the sales process.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiations, leveraging your local market knowledge to secure successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and objectives, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Utilize effective communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
