Central Employment are working with a scaling B2B Technology driven organisation, who offer bespoke software solutions to the Manufacturing & Engineering sectors. They are hiring a new, client facing Implementation Consultant, based from the North East but operating across the UK.
Implementation Consultant role:
This role will involve supporting software demonstrations, implementing solutions, and providing hands-on training to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of customer on-boarding and product delivery within a structured project environment.
- Foster strong client relationships from inception, maintaining clear communication channels throughout engagements.
- Facilitate seamless handover of clients to our support department post-implementation.
- Demonstrate proficiency implementation processes, ensuring timely project delivery to highly satisfied customers.
- Adhere to standardised operating procedures for successful software implementations.
- Develop and manage customised project plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Collaborate with the implementation manager to provide insights for sales and marketing teams.
- Provide confident training and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential business risks.
- Document lessons learned to drive continuous service improvements.
Experience required:
- Demonstrable experience leading and supporting customers.
- Experience previously working within a manufacturing environment, or coming from a manufacturing background.
- Effective communication skills with a focus on customer management and training.
- Proven experience in meeting and exceeding KPIs.
- Proven experience in establishing customer centric KPIs.
- Proficiency in managing multiple short lifecycle implementation projects.
- Experience in managing projects from inception to completion, including defining goals, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and managing risks.
- Familiarity with collaborative software tools
- Ability to deliver engaging customer demos, supporting the pre-sales process.
