My client is an Independent Estate Agency looking to recruit a Property Manager to join their team.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Managing maintenance issues on properties, liaising with vendors, tenants, and contractors
- Obtaining quotes from contractors
- Conducting viewings
- Managing incoming telephone calls and emails
- Answering any new enquiries which come into the branch
Ideally, candidates will come from a property background but my client will also consider candidates who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills, learn fast and has attention to detail. They really just require someone who is committed the industry, determined and a top-notch communicator.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.30 and every other Saturday 09.00 - 13.00 with half a day of in lieu for this time worked.
Due to the nature of this role, a driving licence and access to vehicle is essential.
In return, you will be given a basic salary between £23k -£25k per annum based on experience with generous commission structure, free parking, mileage, pension contribution and generous holiday allowance.
