As a pivotal figure in the team, your ability to work with senior leadership, provide clear people strategies, and adapt to changing business needs will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations - Coaching Senior Management on capability and conduct issues from informal to formal stages.

Organisational Development - Supporting change initiatives by providing expert advice on restructuring to meet business needs working on succession planning within the business.

Recruitment and Retention - Collaborate on recruitment strategies, budgets, and team structures. Support candidate selection and attend interviews. Improve recruitment processes to attract top diverse talent.

Learning and Development - Support goal setting and development plans. Identify and address training needs to meet business objectives.

Essential Attributes & Qualifications:

  • Proven HR generalist experience, with expertise in employee relations, organisational development, and talent management.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to coach senior leaders.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple priorities.
  • A strategic mindset, able to balance legal, operational, and business needs effectively.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent is preferred.
