Administrator/Scheduler

Our expanding security department are looking to increase our admin support in line with planned and organic growth; specalising in Gates & Barriers you'll provide a range of admin tasks to our dedicated Contract Manager, Project Managers & Engineers.

Tasks

  • Regular communication with clients, engineers & colleagues
  • Raising & authorising invoices from subcontractors & suppliers
  • Scheluing planned maintenace visits, raising jobs and invoicing as necessary
  • Ensuring additions are captured and scheduled for future visits
  • Provide client reporting from engineer info
  • Raising day to day reactive calls
  • Quoting small works
  • Liaise with senior admin re any issues

Skills

  • Excellent communicator at all levels
  • PC literate
  • Organised
  • Remains calm under pressure
  • Database inputting & manipulation, specific system used Tesseract
  • Can do attitude

All roles are subject to 5 years referencing, a DBS & Credit check, the results of a medical screening and you must have a valid right to work in the UK. Driving licence & regular access to a vehicle ideal to ensure can travel to our offices.

  • Mon - Fri 8 am - 5 pm
