We are seeking a dedicated HLTA for a full-time position at one of our Leeds Primary Schools. This is a full-time position starting in September working Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 3:30pm with 12-weeks of holiday per year.
Candidates applying for this role MUST have experience as a HLTA in a Primary School and must have a Degree Qualification or a Level 4 HLTA Qualification to be accepted.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons in to children following planning from the Teacher
- Manage classroom activities effectively
- Communicate with parents regarding children's progress and well-being
- Managing pupil behaviour in the classroom
- Provide support to students who need it
Requirements:
- Degree or Level 4 HLTA Qualification
- At least 1 year of HLTA experience in a Primary School
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to complete one)
- Full-time availability from September 2024
- 2x professional references
- Right to work in the UK
