I am searching for a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Architect with strong technical skills to join a RIBA chartered practice in Winchester. The well-established practice has a vibrant portfolio with projects spanning across the Heritage, Commercial and Residential sectors. The friendly team is excited to welcome a talented Senior Architect to assist with creating innovative, client-led designs which will contribute to their exceptional reputation that has been built over the past 50 years.
The successful Senior Architect will have significant experience post Part 3 and should have the motivation to develop and further your career. You will have worked through all RIBA stages and should be excited to manage your own team. You should have a good standard of a range of industry standard software.
Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Senior Architect:
- Significant UK based post Part 3 experience
- ARB registered
- Excellent technical skills
- Confident managing your own team
- Managing project budgets
- Liaising with clients, stakeholders and wider team members
- Brilliant verbal and written communication skills
- Thorough understanding of current UK building regulations
- An interest in Classical architecture is beneficial
- Run projects through all RIBA stages
