A fantastic opportunity has arisen working for a well-established academy trust

The company are looking for an HR Administrator to join their HR Team and work alongside senior members of the team. Responsibilities include assisting with the full employee lifecycle and ensure HR systems are maintained and audited regularly, among other duties

This role will report into the HR Manager.

This is a hybrid role based in Ilford, Essex.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the inbox management of HR queries
  • Responsible for the employee life-cycle management- starters/leavers
  • Run reports and issue relevant communication
  • Assist with completing references when required
  • Attend departmental or office team meetings if needed
  • Always maintain a professional and responsible attitude.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work on numerous tasks at once
