Description
- Provide support and coordination to the sales team
- Manage customer queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and forecasts
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations
- Assist in the organisation of sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Ensure all sales documentation is up to date and accurately maintained
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute to sales strategies
- Represent the company at industry events in Leeds and potentially further afield
Profile
A successful Sales Coordinator should have:
- A degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
