Description

  • Provide support and coordination to the sales team
  • Manage customer queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and forecasts
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations
  • Assist in the organisation of sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Ensure all sales documentation is up to date and accurately maintained
  • Participate in sales meetings and contribute to sales strategies
  • Represent the company at industry events in Leeds and potentially further afield

Profile

A successful Sales Coordinator should have:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • An aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making
  • A positive and proactive approach to sales coordination
