We are recruiting for a Receptionist Coordinator to join a leading Exeter law firm. You will provide an efficient and effective reception service for the firm along with carrying out general administration duties.
You will:
- Provide a Front of House Reception support to the Facilities team
- Provide an efficient, consistent and effective reception service and switchboard cover
- Provide excellent client service and present a professional image of the Firm
- Build rapport and establish effective working relationships with colleagues and clients
- Manage time effectively and set realistic timescales.
- Assist in ensuring resources are used cost effectively and efficiently, with minimum waste
Your skills and experience:
- Previous customer service or front of house experience - ideally with some supervisory exposure
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Ability to use initiative
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Flexibility and commitment
- Drive and enthusiasm
- A willingness to learn
