Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Multiple NetSuite Implementations: Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring milestones and project goals are met.
- Customer Engagement: Plan and conduct customer meetings, process walkthroughs, and training sessions to ensure successful adoption.
- Solution Design: Work closely with the technical team to create and deliver tailored solutions that address customer business processes.
- Team Collaboration: Mentor and manage junior staff, contributing to their professional development and helping achieve team objectives.
- Onsite Visits: Occasionally travel to client sites across the UK to provide on-site support and deliver projects, representing our client professionally.
You must have:
- NetSuite Expertise: Hands-on experience with NetSuite implementations, configurations, and customisations.
- Project Management: Strong skills in planning, executing, and leading multiple projects.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in data migration, scripting, API development, and advanced Excel.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to identify process gaps and design effective solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Experience in working well within a team and mentoring junior staff.
- Time Management: Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
